Our Logo is a combination of a rice clay pot on a charcoal stove. Rice claypot (sometimes translated as "rice casserole") is the traditional way of cooking rice on the Charcoal Stove, giving it a distinctive flavor. This represents that we insist on the most traditional recipes & ingredients in our cuisines so that our diners will be able to enjoy the Authentic Vietnamese Cuisines.
At the same time, we showcase different types of Vietnamese Art pieces as well as allowing our diners to be able to reminisce the History & Culture of Vietnam.
